Moving Out

Make sure you complete and move out on the agreed date otherwise the new owner has the right to charge you interest for every day you are late.

Remember to contact the following advising them of your new address:

• Utility companies (telephone, gas, electric, water)
• Local Council
• Satellite/Cable/Broadband providers
• Financial Institutions (banks, building societies, pension, savings, credit card, loan co's)
• TV License
• DVLA
• Insurance (car, life, contents, building, pets)
• Employer/Schools
• Health (doctor, dentist, vets)
• Recreational (gym)
• Subscriptions (magazines, newspapers, catalogues)
• Post Office (re-direct post )
