How do I advertise on ONE Property Portal?

Automated datafeed

To export properties from your website and import them onto our portal we require your XML data feed. If you do not have a copy of your feed please check with your property software company. They will be able to provide the feed as they may upload to many portals. Simply email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and request our datafeed information for Estate Agents.

Manual upload

1.       On Homepage click “New User Register” on Login or Register right-menu

2.       Complete Registration

3.       Activation link sent to your email account. Confirm Activation link.

4.       Login using “Username” and “Password”

Enter Buyers and Sellers Corner

1.       On Sellers Corner  click “Create Your Account” i.e. “My Profile”

2.       Complete tabs “Address”, “Contact”, “Promotional”.  Click “Save/Update Profile”.

3.       On “My Panel” click “Add Property” i.e. start selling your property now.

4.       Click tab “Step 1 – Property” and complete fully

5.       Click tab “Step 2 – Additional” and complete fully

6.       Click tab “Step 3 – Features” and complete fully

7.       Click tab “Step 4 – Marketing” and complete fully

8.       Click tab “Step 5 – Images” and upload pictures. Click “Submit Listing” button.

9.       To Edit/Preview/Delete property listing scroll down “My Panel” page. You will view your listing. Click on “Action” buttons.  If editing a new listing (prior to being published) remember to click “Submit Listing” under “Step 5 – Images” (this updates the information).

10.   Once submitted NEW listing(s) will be published within 48 hours. A confirmation email will be sent to your inbox.
