Why do I need to add photographs to my advert?

ONE Property Portal believe photographs are one of the first things people look at when viewing potential properties. If you do not provide photos, buyers may think worst case scenario. On the other hand, bad photos are worse than no photos, so make sure you present your house in the best way possible prior to photographing. It is important your take a picture of your greatest asset, i.e. be it the frontage or a dressed room, etc.

TIPS prior to taking photographs:

• De-clutter the entire property and present it as a ‘show-house'
• Remove personal memorabilia (e.g. family photos)
• Take photos using the flash during the day preferably when its sunny or turn the lights on to brighten the room
