How do I change/edit my details?

Applicable to Manual Property Uploads Only:

Using our easy-to-use online editing facility, ONE Property Portal provide you with instant access to your advert so that you can revise the details directly anytime you want, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Existing User

1.    On Homepage Login using “Username” and “Password”

Enter Buyers and Sellers Corner

1.    On Sellers Corner click “View Your Account”. Directs to “My Panel”

2.    To EDIT personal details click “My Profile”. Update and click “Save/Update Profile”.

3.    To EDIT property details scroll down “My Panel” page and view your listing. Click on “Edit” button under Action to open your property details. Once you have edited an existing listing remember to click “Submit Listing” under “Step 5 – Images”. This updates the information.

4.  Edited/Updated Listings will be published within 48 hours with a confirmation email sent to your inbox. Please note: your existing property advert will be suspended until the changes have been approved.
